Preparations are officially underway for the SportWay event in Vienna, set to take place in September 2025! As part of the planning process, our team recently visited Posthalle Wien, the venue that will host this exciting gathering dedicated to inclusive sports.

During our visit, we explored the venue’s facilities, assessed logistics, and had productive discussions with our local partners from Vienna United basketball club. Together, we reviewed key aspects of the event, including sports activities, accessibility, and ways to create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
The SportWay project promotes inclusive sports opportunities by bringing together people from diverse backgrounds, including youth, amateur athletes, and individuals with special needs. Vienna’s edition of SportWay will feature a mix of basketball tournament, interactive workshops like boccia, spikeball, obstacle courses, and community-building activities, ensuring that everyone can take part, regardless of age or ability.
